JOB DESCRIPTION

Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Skill Level(s): Subject Matter Expert

•  use software such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar to create user stories, plan sprints, or track work requirements.
•  design a scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architecture using AWS services.
•  use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform to create and manage infrastructure.
•  set up a development, test, and production environments, including AWS accounts, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
•  design and develop databases, including schema design, data modeling, and data migration.
•  configure Cl/CD pipelines to automate deployment and testing. •  develop the application.
•  perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the application meets the required standards.
•  deploy the application to the production environment.
•  set up monitoring and logging tools to track application performance and identify issues.
•  perform ongoing maintenance, including bug fixes, security patches, and performance optimizations.
•  maintain documentation and perform knowledge transfer to ensure a smooth handover.

The Candidate shall possess and provide the following required skills and demonstrated experience:

•  AWS Cloud Expertise and be familiar with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lamda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB as examples.
•  Solution Architecture in designing scalable, secure and highly available cloud architectures.
•  Solution Architecture in designing scalable, secure and highly available cloud architectures.
•  Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.
•  programming skills in Java, Python, Node.js, C#, or Go.
•  database design, development of database tables, views, queries, and management, including complex relational databases, SQL databases in RDS, (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB).
•  Front-end Development skills, with expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
•  experience working in an Agile environment.

Highly Desired Skills
Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:

•  AWS Certifications: Solutions Architect, Data Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Developer.
•  experience working within Sponsor's environment.
•  experience working with API’s communicating between systems.
•  experience working with any software automated test tool, experience building scripts, maintaining test collections, scaling demand (stress test), etc.
