JOB DESCRIPTION

•  work with users to identify and develop system requirements taking into account the desired results, hardware limitations and operating requirements, identified by the Organization.
•  provide operational testing and recommendations for continuous improvement of equipment and software for collection and exploitation.
•  provide coordination across Organization's and business partners to expedite data sharing, processing and governance activities.
•  analyze new technologies, hardware, and software to determine the applicability and need for the existing or proposed system, to include security, storage, and network technology.
•  interface directly with Organization management for requirements for data collection and exploitation.
•  programmatically manage solutions for virtual operations.
•  collect and manage requirements for planning and produce outcomes from virtual operational requirements.
•  provide data assessments and prepare analytical reports from datasets.
•  collect and exploit profile, content, or metadata information.
•  evaluate data accessible in the public domain, including foreign social media websites and applications from mobile and stationary platforms.
•  assist in planning and managing multiple projects involving the infrastructure and exploitation platforms.
•  assist in the integration of data with existing platforms for correlation and analytical insights.
•  establish strategic objectives based on the Organization's vision for the data collection platforms.
•  conduct technical exchange meetings with stakeholders on business and technical requirements.
•  assist to condition, coordinate, collect, and perform data transfer of data sets for integration and analysis.
•  collect, ingest, and exploit large and small dataset collections.
•  provide field technical and operational support for data analysis, and may require some Temporary Duty travel.

The Candidate shall possess and provide the following required skills and demonstrated experience:

•  collection and exploitation of data on social media platforms and mobile apps including domestic and foreign.
•   architecting, designing, or implementing mission intenet systems.
•   configuring AWS and/or Azure networking, security, logging, routing tables, backup and recove1y, shared storage, and baselining images.
•   implementing cloud-hosted Android emulation solutions.
•   implementing VPN tunnel configuration between on-premise to cloud as well as cloud to cloud, implementing multi-cloud obfuscation techniques.
•   conducting and documenting results from infrastructure fingerprinting, and briefing technical review board(s) of identified signature(s).
•   producing technical design documentation such as architecture and network diagrams for operational use and board approval.
•   analyzing technologies, hardware, and software to determine the applicability and need for the existing or proposed system, to include security, storage, and network technology.

 

Highly Desired Skills
Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:

•   transitioning an on-premises enclave solution to a virtual private cloud (VPC).
•   making application software and operating system configuration changes necessary to resolve trouble tickets or to comply with Organization requirements and IT best practices.
•   triaging and troubleshooting data transfer issues with Enterprise partners.
•   leading technical teams and briefing non-technical and technical audiences for acquiring review board approvals.
•   working through entire Organization's A&A lifecycle, developing security control responses and implementation, and addressing risk elements with project ISSE personnel for maintaining ATO status.
•   assisting in planning and managing projects involving infrastructure and exploitation platforms.
